Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use this website, in particular the 90-Second Unlock. We keep what we collect to a minimum, we do not track you, and we never sell your data.

01 Who we are

Greycell Technical Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here.

02 What we collect

When you use the 90-Second Unlock and ask for your result by email, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your answers, your score, and your result band from the five questions.

That is all. We do not ask for your name, your company, or your phone number. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.

Separately, we measure how the website itself is used, in the most private way we could build. Our own pages record which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, how far pages are scrolled, and whether the 90-Second Unlock is completed. This measurement uses no cookies, stores no IP address, and is never joined to your name or email. It exists so we can see which parts of the site work, nothing more. It stays on our own systems and is not shared with any analytics company.

03 Why we use it

• To send you the result you asked for. When you enter your email, you are asking us to send your 90-Second Unlock report. We act on that request and on your consent.
• To follow up about how we might help your firm. We may contact you about our services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in following up a genuine enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

04 Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and the 90-Second Unlock. They process your data on our instructions only:

• Resend sends your result email on our behalf.
• Supabase hosts the secure database where we store your enquiry.
• Netlify hosts this website and runs the form.
• Discord gives us an internal alert when a new enquiry arrives.
• If you book a call, that happens on Calendly, which handles what you enter under its own privacy policy.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address so the fonts can be served. That is the only third party that sees anything about your visit before you choose to submit the form.

We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

05 How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact, then we remove it. We will also remove it sooner if you ask us to, or if we no longer have a reason to hold it.

06 Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data;
• stop or restrict how we use it, or object to our using it;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To do any of these, email ian.griffiths@greycell-tech.com. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

07 Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Our own usage measurement (described in section 02) is cookieless: it keeps a short-lived random id in your browser tab while it is open, which disappears when the tab closes and is never stored as a cookie or used to recognise you across visits. No third-party analytics or advertising code runs on this site.

08 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
